The Voice of Women’s Sports in Our City
Her Sports is the voice of women's sports in our city. It is hyper-local sports journalism with goals of expanding into a national network of cities that maintains the brand's grassroots authenticity. Her Sports targets an audience of hyper-local fans, active community members, and value-driven supporters through six active channels: Newsletter, Instagram, TikTok, Podcast, LinkedIn, and Youtube. Her Sports is not a single social media account, but instead a multi-channel media ecosystem. As I pursued this brand identity I kept it authentic and contemporary. I was inspired by early 2000s sports branding that amplified the excitement, space-taking presence of performance athletes.
